Who we are

I’m Paul Granieri, founder of Granieri Legal Consulting. For nearly a decade I’ve worked at the crossroads of law, technology, and business development - first at Lexicata, then continuing at Clio following its acquisition, and now as Director of Operations and Technology at Freeburg & Granieri, APC. I helped my wife and best friend start their law firm from the technology side, and I’ve seen firsthand what it looks like to build and run a practice from the inside.

That experience drives my approach today. I know the challenges law firm owners face because I’ve lived them - implementing systems that balance efficiency with the human touch clients deserve.

Through Granieri Legal Consulting, I help solo, small, and mid-sized firms design simple, repeatable, and scalable processes for intake, business development, and operations. This allows legal professionals to trust that their intake runs smoothly and every lead is handled properly.
